Thank you for choosing a vehicle from Sayuri International Co., Ltd. As a responsible organization, we provide a comprehensive warranty on the engine and transmission system of your vehicle, supported by strict quality standards and professional after-sales care..

In addition to warranty coverage, Sayuri International guarantees lifetime supply of genuine parts at cost price for all vehicles purchased from us. This ensures your vehicle will always receive the highest quality parts, even beyond the warranty period.

Scope: The engine and transmission system are covered for two (2) years or up to 100,000 km, whichever occurs first.

Coverage: This warranty applies only to major technical defects in the engine and transmission system.

Exclusions from Coverage: The following items within the power-train are excluded:

• Gaskets
• Filters
• Engine-oil seals
• Injector nozzles
• Rubber parts
• Plastic parts
• Lubricants
• Antifreeze fluid and other oils

Commencement: The warranty period begins on the first day of arrival of the vehicle in Sri Lanka.

If ownership of the vehicle is transferred during the warranty period, the first owner—or new owner—must notify Sayuri International Co., Ltd. immediately for the remaining warranty to remain valid.

Customers are entitled to five (5) complimentary labor services within the warranty period.

These services must be performed exclusively at authorized Sayuri International service centers.

Regular after-sales servicing at our centers is mandatory to maintain uninterrupted warranty coverage.

Warranty mileage is based on the odometer reading.

If the odometer is damaged, tampered, or not functioning, warranty coverage will be calculated based on an assumed usage of 250 km per day from the last recorded reading.

Repairs or replacements are provided solely at the discretion of Sayuri International Co., Ltd. or its authorized service centers.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by:

Traffic accidents, insufficient or improper maintenance, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Participation in motor races, rallies, or similar events.

External factors including chemical pollution, acid rain, sand, salt, stones, road hazards, floods, fire, or natural disasters (acts of God).

Failures of electrical or electronic parts are not covered under this warranty

All claims must be processed through Sayuri International or its authorized service centers.

Any repairs or replacements made without prior authorization will void the warranty.

Customers must comply with required servicing schedules at authorized centers.

This warranty does not cover:

Routine maintenance and wear-and-tear items.

Costs for towing, transportation, accommodation, or incidental expenses.

All vehicles purchased from Sayuri International Co., Ltd. are guaranteed a lifetime supply of genuine parts at cost price.
This exclusive service ensures your vehicle can always be maintained with the highest quality parts, directly supplied through our network.

Sayuri International’s sole obligation under this warranty is the repair or replacement of defective parts. All decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Sayuri International Co., Ltd. or its authorized service centers.

By accepting delivery of the vehicle, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by all terms, conditions, and exclusions set forth in this warranty.
